My Story

Daily Light, Sculpted Joy

As long as I can remember, I’ve had an affinity for creating art. I’m a sculptor and painter with a background in ceramics, installation, and fine art. For years, my practice focused on one-of-a-kind pieces shown in galleries—hand-built sculptures and richly layered paintings that explore emotion, form, and storytelling through color and texture.

In 2025, when my then-boyfriend (now fiancé, soon-to-be husband) and I bought our first home together, something shifted. That moment became the catalyst for what would become J.E.D. I fell in love with the idea of building a space that felt both nourishing and inspired—where art could be lived with, not just looked at. I became captivated by the idea that functional objects—lighting, mirrors, vessels—could carry the same depth and intentionality as fine art. That everyday life could feel as soulful and expressive as the studio.

J.E.D. is a natural extension of my sculptural practice—rooted in artistry, but designed for everyday life. It’s a collection of handmade lighting, home decor, and collectible objects meant to transform the spaces we live in. Thoughtful, tactile, and emotionally tuned, each piece is created with the belief that our environments shape how we feel, how we connect, and how we live. At its core, J.E.D. is about turning the home into a sanctuary—where beauty isn’t performative, but personal. Where art isn’t just seen—it’s held, lived with, and loved.

My painting and fine art print practice continues alongside my sculptural work—bringing softness, color, and visual rhythm into the spaces we inhabit. Together, these pieces reflect my belief in daily rituals of beauty, and in the power of light, form, and feeling to bring us joy—every single day.
